Your satisfaction is our main concern. We want to make sure that you are no less than 100% satisfied�with every service.
If you are not�happy with our cleaning service, please call us within 48 hours and we will come back to re-clean the area you are not satisfied with.
We require a minimum of one (1) business day cancellation notice!�If for any reason, you have to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please call us�immediately. Less then two business days cancellations will be charged with a 30% cancellation fee.
There are some additional cases when a 30% fee will be charged from your total price:
1.) Customer calls our office after business hours, after 6:00 p.m., and leaves a message to cancel the appointment;
2.) Our staff showed up and for some reason customer cancels the service.
No exceptions!
$35.00 fee for bad checks (not sufficient funds, account is closed, etc.)
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to our customers. However, we want you to be a 100% satisfied with our services. If you are not�happy with our cleaning performance, please call us within a 48 hour period and we will come back to fix the oversight or we can issue a credit that can be used towards any service provided by our company. No refunds, no exceptions.
We guarantee full discretion and security. We agree not to duplicate our customers' keys; upon cancellation, we return the keys within a five business days period. We do not share or sell our customer's information with third parties. We only use the information you provide to contact you about our services.
- C.C.S. has a 3 hour minimum charge for a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or a one time cleaning service.
- C.C.S. has a 1 hour minimum charge for a daily service (at least 3 days per week).
- Any special offer cannot be combined with any other coupon or offer.
- C.C.S. will charge a late fee if payment is not received within a 30 day period from the day the job is completed.
- All supplies, materials, equipment and gas provided by Colorado Cleaning Service, Inc. are included in the total price.
- All prices are based on cleaning for one person, if customer has preferences to have 2 person do the cleaning, they will spread between them number of hours.( For example 1 person- 5 hours- $89.99. 2 persons- 2 1/2 hours per person - 5 hours total- $89.99. Same results, job get done faster.
